Real Estate Listing Floorplan Room Label Contrast Checker

Inspect architectural property floor plans for estate agencies to ensure room names and dimension text remain legible against background shading.

Startup Cost: £0 Location: Remote/Home Difficulty: Easy Useful side income A few hours a week

Earning and time figures are our broad estimates, not guarantees — actual results depend on your area, your effort and demand.

Why it's left-field

Estate agents pay you to check floor plan image files to ensure 'Dining Room' text does not fade into grey floor shading on property sites.

How it works

  1. 1Offer real estate administrative layout review services on remote job portals.
  2. 2Inspect draft property floorplan PDFs to check text label contrast and font readability.
  3. 3Format room label text placement and deliver updated property PDF spec sheets.
