Earning and time figures are our broad estimates, not guarantees — actual results depend on your area, your effort and demand.

Why it's left-field

University researchers pay you to click every web link in their paper reference list to fix broken web links before submitting.

How it works

  1. 1Post academic document proofreading service listings on freelance boards.
  2. 2Open draft research manuscript reference lists and test all embedded web links and DOIs.
  3. 3Report dead web links or misformatted citations in a structured error log.
