Bundle and sell dried fruitwood shavings and tinder flakes to wood-burner owners and bushcraft enthusiasts.

Earning and time figures are our broad estimates, not guarantees — actual results depend on your area, your effort and demand.

Why it's left-field

Orchard prunings that would otherwise be chipped become premium natural firelighters in the right packaging.

How it works

  1. 1Source untreated fruitwood prunings from local orchards or gardens
  2. 2Shave, dry and flake the wood to consistent tinder
  3. 3Package in labelled bundles and list them for sale
