Digital Real Estate Floorplan Room Dimension Calculator

Calculate metric room areas and total floor space from draft property floor plans for estate agency web listings.

Startup Cost: £0 Location: Remote/Home Difficulty: Easy Useful side income A few hours a week

Earning and time figures are our broad estimates, not guarantees — actual results depend on your area, your effort and demand.

Why it's left-field

Estate agents pay you to multiply room lengths and widths from architectural drawings to calculate total house square metres.

How it works

  1. 1Post real estate administrative service listings on remote job portals.
  2. 2Input dimension figures from draft property floorplan PDFs into area calculation spreadsheets.
  3. 3Format total floor area summaries and deliver updated property spec sheets.
