Digital Photo Album Designer

Families hand over years of photos and receive a beautifully designed, printable album — design work done at home, sold per album.

Startup Cost: Free Location: Remote/Home Difficulty: Easy Useful side income A few hours a week

Earning and time figures are our broad estimates, not guarantees — actual results depend on your area, your effort and demand.

Why it's left-field

Everyone has ten thousand photos and no album; the designer who turns a shoebox of memories into a book taps into a permanent, sentimental market.

How it works

  1. 1Learn a layout tool and design one family album as your showcase.
  2. 2Offer packages — one album, or annual albums — at fixed prices.
  3. 3Sell through Etsy for ready-made templates and locally for personal commissions.
