Startup Cost: £0 Location: Remote/Home Difficulty: Easy Useful side income A few hours a week

Earning and time figures are our broad estimates, not guarantees — actual results depend on your area, your effort and demand.

Why it's left-field

Estate agents pay you to check floor plan image files to ensure 'En-Suite' labels do not overlap bedroom door lines on web listings.

How it works

  1. 1Post real estate administrative service listings on remote job portals.
  2. 2Inspect draft property floorplan PDFs to check text label placement and room boundary lines.
  3. 3Format room label text placement and deliver updated property PDF spec sheets.
