Custom Spreadsheet Formula & Macro Designer

Build bespoke spreadsheet formulas and simple macros for small businesses drowning in repetitive data chores.

Startup Cost: £0 Location: Remote/Home Difficulty: Medium Potential repeatable business A few hours a week

Earning and time figures are our broad estimates, not guarantees — actual results depend on your area, your effort and demand.

Why it's left-field

You are paid to type a few clever lines that save a shop owner ten hours of copy-and-paste every week.

How it works

  1. 1Advertise spreadsheet rescue gigs on freelance marketplaces.
  2. 2Ask the client to walk you through their most repetitive task.
  3. 3Write the formula or macro, test it live, and hand over a short plain-English guide.
